Tecbil Tablets contain Bilastine IP 20 mg, a second-generation non-sedating antihistamine used for allergic rhinitis and chronic urticaria. Once-daily dosing gives 24-hour relief from sneezing, runny nose, itching and hives without significant drowsiness.
